Greenrichcounty provides satellite mapping solutions, crop management software, and precision machinery for commercial agricultural producers in Argentina. The service is provided under a B2B model and is not intended for end consumers.
To use the advanced features, the user must register by providing truthful and up-to-date information. The account is personal and non-transferable. The user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their credentials.
The software and generated data may only be used for professional agricultural purposes. The resale, redistribution, or unauthorized commercial use of satellite information and prescription maps is prohibited.
All algorithms, dashboards, generated maps, and technical documentation are the exclusive property of Greenrichcounty. The user acquires a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license for the duration of the contract.
Greenrichcounty does not guarantee that satellite data is free from atmospheric interference or calibration errors. Agronomic management recommendations are for guidance only and do not replace the professional judgment of the producer. The company is not liable for crop losses resulting from decisions based solely on the platform.
Crop and plot data is stored on secure servers within Argentina. Greenrichcounty does not share individual lot information with third parties without express consent. See our privacy policy for more details.
Greenrichcounty reserves the right to update features, prices, and these terms with 30 calendar days' prior notice. Continued use of the service implies acceptance of the modifications.
Either party may terminate the agreement by written notice with 15 days' notice. In the event of a material breach, Greenrichcounty may immediately suspend access without the right to a refund.
